One Durango Hotel

The superior queen room was very small, and the bathroom area was cramped, also i was shocked that no complimentary welcome gift was offered despite the hefty price tag. Breakfast ended at 10 am, so we had to rush. Absoluteley disappointing overall, i almost didn't want to give a bad review, but i just couldn't ignore these issues!

Greatly enjoyed our nice rooms, plus the staff was affable. Great and particularly good location to an event we had come into town for was a plus. Also, Durango Cathedral was 2 miles away from the hotel. This place was ideal for a perfect stay, can't recommend it highly enough.

Friendly hotel with private parking and unbeatable location to an event I had come into town for. Location so close to a large shopping mall with places to eat, downtown and Durango.

I stayed in a Superior Twin Room at One for 2 nights, and it was a good experience! The breakfast was like a mini buffet extravaganza with fresh fruit, cereal, bread, and even yogurt! Plus, the high-speed internet kept me connected effortlessly. The cleanliness of my room.

We stayed for 2 nights to experience the total solar eclipse, and despite a few minor challenges, we had a great time. The taxi system was reliable, and parking was easy to navigate. It was a comfortable stay for what we needed, and we appreciated the staff's helpfulness.

My superior queen room was clean and quiet. The internet was super fast. It's close to restaurants, so dining out was easy. The staff was attentive, and i loved the complimentary bottled water. It was a comfortable stay.

The place is comfy and had everything I needed. The location is fab, right by the mall. The eclipse viewing was organized so well.

And don't even get me started on the early morning door tapping-who needs that?

The location here is perfect and convenient for exploring around, with all the places we wanted to visit within walking distance, and all the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly.
